Q; I'm unsure which product I require, some of your products seem to be the same?

A; Each of our products have been formulated for problem solving in all types of Industry, but to ensure that there are no "No Gaps in Applications" additional products have been produced with advanced formulations and benefits. Please email us with your specific applications, our technical department will be only too pleased to help.

Q; Where do your products stand on quality?

A; Our products are manufactured in our own most modern Swiss and German plants, they are manufactured with three criteria in mind; Highest possible technical quality; Lowest possible air contamination in the work place; Maximum consideration for the environment. Our many thousands of repeat customers confirm this.

Q; Why does your anti-seize contain Titanium and not copper like other products?

A; We believe that an Anti Seize must exhibit the highest possible resistances to heat, pressure and galling; and at the same time protect both environment and the user. Our laboratory of all the available metal alternatives copper, aluminium and nickel are surpassed by the use of Titanium.

Q; Do you have any products that are suitable and can be safely used in the food industry?

A; Yes. We have several products (cleaners, lubricants, chain sprays) that have surpassed European and American Food Safety Standards.

Q; I require some of your products, how are they packed, and can I pay by credit card?

A; Typically our technical aerosol range are packed 12 units per carton for the Industrial user, for the DIY enthusiast we are happy to supply individually. We accept payments made by Visa or Master Card
